Tina founded Just Listen in 2011, helping it achieve 501(c)(3) registration in 2015, and now devotes most of her time to the organization. She has owned Tina’s Tees, an apparel company since 2007 and prior to that was a Flight Attendant, Cardiac Nursing Department Assistant and earned the title of Mrs. Wisconsin – Woman in 1997. Her volunteer work includes girl scout leader, hospital candy striper, homeless shelter volunteer and board member/coach of the Milwaukee Miracle League, a sports organization for children with special needs. Tina has been in long-term recovery for over 30 years, serving as Just Listen’s Lead Certified Peer Support Specialist and Trainer. She also serves as council member on the Wisconsin Voices for Recovery and Recovery Advocacy Project Advisory Councils. In her free time, Tina enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with her family in Wisconsin and Illinois.

In 2021, Tina tragically lost her daughter who struggled with the disease of addiction from unrelated medical complications. Tina began Just Listen in reverence of her own journey and now continues her work in honor of Angelina.
