Session Title:

Unmasking Yourself

Session Details:

Are you wearing a mask? Do you find yourself hiding your true feelings or acting in a way that doesnt feel true to you? In this presentation we will discover the different ways we use masks to hide our authentic selves. Why it might not be good to mask or hide our true emotions. And how to unmask and find your authentic self. This is a creative session where you will be making a mask.

What are you looking forward to most at #MPRCCT2024?

I am looking forward to helping people unmask themselves, be authentic, live their truth. and to live their life to its fullest not just exist.
